• Content: Videos you submit for review, written feedback from coaches, and reviews you leave.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve the Platform.

• To provide and maintain the Platform's services
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To connect athletes with coaches and facilitate video reviews
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, review notifications)
• To improve the Platform's functionality and user experience
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Coaches: When you submit a video, the assigned coach can see your name and submitted content.
• Payment processors: Stripe processes all payments. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and file storage providers that help us operate the Platform.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Videos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use certain features of the Platform.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Update your account information through your dashboard
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting support
• Export your data upon request

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Submitted videos and reviews are retained while your account exists. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or business purposes (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).

8. Children's Privacy

FormChek is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of FormChek after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
